Job Summary
The Project Manager leads the planning, implementation, and overall coordination of the Koelim Hospitality Learning Center. The role oversees the physical construction and institutional establishment of the Center, manages daily operations, builds strategic partnerships with industry and government stakeholders, and drives business development and marketing initiatives to ensure the Center''s successful launch and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and coordination of the Koelim Hospitality Learning Center project.
Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure all activities are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
Oversee the construction and physical establishment of the Learning Center, coordinating closely with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for quality assurance and compliance.
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with universities, hotels, tourism organizations, government agencies, and private sector stakeholders.
Drive business development initiatives, identify revenue-generating opportunities, and support marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
Manage project budgets, track deliverables, and prepare regular progress reports and performance monitoring evaluations.
Supervise project staff, consultants, and service providers while fostering a collaborative, professional team environment.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Educational Background:
Master’s Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
Proven professional experience in project planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting. Prior experience working with government bodies, private sector organizations, international partners, and contractors is a strong advantage.
