Job Summary
On behalf of our clients we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Jr Sales (Outdoor) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, visiting potential clients, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in the field, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through outdoor sales and field visits.
Identify and approach potential customers.
Present and promote the company’s products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
6+ months experience in Construction, Finishing Materials, or Technology.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
