Job Summary
The AI Solutions Architect serves as Kifiya''s company-wide functional authority for solution architecture and the adoption of AI by design. The role oversees target and transition architectures, reference models, and the Architecture Review Board, ensuring that Kifiya''s AI and financial infrastructure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain Kifiya''s target and transition architecture, capability maps, and reference patterns across AI-enabled decisioning, financial rails, and market linkage platforms.
Own and continuously improve the AI-by-design standard governing machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI use cases, covering risk, data use, human oversight, and transparency.
Chair the Architecture Review Board, review material solution designs during discovery, and manage Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and the architecture exception register.
Collaborate horizontally across Product, Technical Product Management, Intelligent Financial Infrastructure (IFI), Intelligent Data Decisioning (IDD), CISO, and Infrastructure and DevOps teams.
Provide strategic technology and vendor advisory to the Group CPTO regarding build-versus-buy choices, cloud architecture, and platform modernization.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Experience
At least 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, data platforms, cloud, systems integration, or solution architecture, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior architecture role across multiple domains.
Required Skills & Competencies
Demonstrated experience designing or governing production AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions in regulated and transaction-intensive environments.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, API/event-driven integration, cloud-native/hybrid environments, and data governance.
