Job Summary

The Associate, Quality Assurance and Platform Administrator ensures the quality, reliability, governance, and operational integrity of Kifiya’s digital learning and participant management platforms. Operating within the Market Solutions Practice (MSP), the role acts as a critical quality gatekeeper between content design, platform configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and live deployment to safeguard structured training and credit-enablement journeys for MSMEs and smallholder farmers.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Content QA:

Conduct rigorous functional testing of digital learning journeys, validating learner pathways, progression logic, comprehension assessments, certification triggers, and data capture accuracy.

Platform Administration & Governance:

Maintain platform configurations, user permissions, tagging structures, and version control discipline while upholding strict documentation standards (SOPs, change logs, and release notes).

Release Management & UAT:

Coordinate pre-release testing cycles, manage UAT execution with structured test cases, and produce release sign-off documentation aligned with governance requirements.

Monitoring & Issue Tracking:

Track live learner journeys to identify friction, drop-off patterns, and system errors, maintaining structured issue logs with severity classifications and escalation protocols.

Delivery & Compliance Alignment:

Ensure workflows comply with participant privacy, data protection standards, and audit readiness frameworks across onboarding, training, and credit eligibility tagging.

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience

3 to 5 years

of professional experience in digital quality assurance, platform administration, system testing, or release management.

(Experience with EdTech, digital learning systems, financial inclusion platforms, or customer-facing applications is preferred).

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in digital QA, structured testing disciplines, and defect severity assessment.

Hands-on familiarity with issue-tracking systems and release governance standards.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
