Job Summary
The Associate, PRM Platform Administrator is responsible for the availability, integrity, and operational usability of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, which serves as the system of record for participants routed through partner organizations and connects borrowers to credit scoring and banks. The role covers platform administration, data capture and validation, workflow enablement, and operational reporting to ensure bank-ready and analysis-ready data at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Administer PRM user access, roles, permissions, and user onboarding while monitoring platform uptime, performance, and integration health to resolve or escalate incidents.
Configure and maintain data fields, forms, and validation rules to ensure accurate capture of demographics, KYC, consent status, referral status, and lending outcomes.
Support implementing partner pipeline workflows (participant upload, deduplication, cohort tracking, and referral package generation) and partner bank feedback workflows.
Generate regular operational reports and analytics on volumes, funnel conversion, backlogs, turnaround times, and partner submission performance.
Enforce data governance practices, maintain audit trails, and ensure secure handling of sensitive participant data in compliance with program quality assurance.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data or Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
5 to 8 or more years of experience in platform administration, MIS, CRM/PRM operations, data quality management, or program technology operations, preferably within fintech or digital financial services.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong practical data skills including validation logic, deduplication, structured extracts, and reporting tools.
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills for working across technical and non-technical teams.
