Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Operations Coordinator to coordinate and oversee our elevator operations by supervising the activities of electrical and mechanical teams, coordinating with clients, monitoring project progress and quality, preparing documentation, and supporting sales and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up on the daily activities of the electrical and mechanical teams, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and required standards.
Monitor elevator projects and operational activities, follow up on progress, identify issues, and report them to management.
Communicate and coordinate with clients, technical teams, and the office, ensuring client requirements, requests, and concerns are properly followed up.
Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, quotations, proposals, and other operational documentation.
Support the sales team with client information, technical details, quotations, and proposal preparation.
Assist with operational planning, workflow improvement, scheduling, and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in technical operations, project coordination, site coordination,preferably in the elevator, Finishing materials, or construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Good understanding of electrical and mechanical technical activities, with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication, client handling, reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports, quotations, and other documents.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve operational issues, and work effectively under pressure.
