Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing incoming and outgoing communications, providing administrative and front-desk support, and assisting clients and students with inquiries regarding the center''s services.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, guests, and students professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and telegram inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding the center\''s programs, services, and schedules.
Maintain reception logs, visitor records, and assist with general office administration.
Coordinate appointments and manage front-office communications.
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by management.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
B.Sc. Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science, IT, Educational Management, Secretarial Science, or other Natural Science fields.
Experience
