Job Summary
The Primary Coordinator – German Campus is responsible for providing instructional and academic leadership across the iPrimary section, supporting teachers in delivering high-quality learning, ensuring the effective implementation of the Pearson International Curriculum, monitoring student progress, and contributing to continuous school improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the effective implementation of the Pearson iPrimary Curriculum.
Provide instructional guidance, coaching, and support to teachers.
Monitor teaching, learning, assessment, and student progress.
Support curriculum planning and academic quality assurance.
Promote high standards of teaching, learning, and student development.
Work collaboratively with teachers, academic leaders, parents, and school management.
Contribute to staff development and continuous school improvement.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
Experience
Proven experience in academic or middle leadership within an international school setting. Local citizenship with international-school experience is preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of the Pearson International Curriculum, particularly iPrimary.
Strong instructional leadership, classroom observation skills, and organizational abilities.
