Job Summary
The Native English Language Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, student-centered English lessons, developing learners communication, literacy, critical thinking, and creative skills, and supporting overall student development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, and language skills.
Use effective classroom management and differentiated teaching strategies.
Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate academic records and monitor student progress.
Contribute to extracurricular and school-wide learning activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support student development.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of international-school teaching experience (experience with the Pearson International Curriculum is highly desirable). Native-level English proficiency is required.
