Job Summary
The Principal Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst I is responsible for identifying and implementing the Bank’s monitoring and evaluation framework to analyze performance levels against defined targets and provide actionable feedback for improvement. The role involves developing robust evaluation methodologies, leveraging technology tools and systems to enhance M&E capabilities, and preparing comprehensive evaluation reports for targeted plans.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the Bank''s monitoring and evaluation framework to track performance levels against defined strategic and operational targets.
Develop advanced evaluation methodologies and leverage technology tools and systems to enhance measurement capabilities.
Conduct logic modeling, performance analysis, trend analysis, and organization analysis to evaluate internal and external environments.
Prepare detailed evaluation reports of targeted plans and recommend strategic areas for operational improvement.
Collaborate across departments to collect bank-wide performance data, compare targets against actual performance, and interpret financial and operational ratios for management decision-making.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Experience
At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in a similar monitoring and evaluation role.
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management and/or related fields.
