Job Summary
The Finance and Administration function ensures that an organization''s
financial resources are properly managed, compliance requirements are met, and administrative operations run efficiently
, enabling the organization to achieve its goals effectively. The role supports day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, reporting, record keeping, administrative coordination, and compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and documentation.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of organizational expenditures.
Process and verify financial transactions, invoices, payments, and related documentation.
Assist with bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Monitor expenses and ensure transactions comply with approved budgets and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate and organized financial and administrative records.
Support the preparation of periodic financial and administrative reports.
Assist with audits and provide required financial documents and information.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, internal controls, and administrative procedures.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Assist with procurement, office administration, and other operational activities when required.
Identify administrative or financial issues and support management in developing appropriate solutions.
Education and Experience
A degree / diploma in Accounting and Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
2 and above years’ related experience.
Experience in finance, accounting, administration, budgeting, or related functions is an advantage.
Experience using accounting or financial management software is an advantage.
