Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for monitoring day-to-day financial operations, managing accounting systems, conducting strategic financial analysis and forecasting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with external auditors.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and transactions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and deliver accurate financial statements to strict deadlines.
Participate in strategic data analysis, financial research, and modeling for senior leadership.
Manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems to minimize financial risk.
Monitor and interpret cash flows, predict future trends, and research factors influencing business performance.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring and compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Manage company budgets and provide interpretation of financial information.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
BA or MBA Degree in Accounting.
Experience
More than five (5) years of relevant accounting experience,
specifically with work in import companies.
