Job Summary
The Head / Executive Assistant, CEO Office acts as a trusted advisor, managing executive operations, streamlining communication between leadership and stakeholders, and overseeing strategic projects within the CEO''s office.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations and reports of the CEO''s office, maximize efficiency, manage schedules, and prioritize strategic issues.
Strategic Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact and filter between the CEO, department heads, international partners, and corporate clients.
High-Level Documentation:
Draft, review, and finalize sensitive corporate correspondence, executive reports, board presentations, and business proposals.
Project Tracking:
Monitor the progress of company-wide initiatives directed by the CEO to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
Leadership Meetings:
Organize, attend, and record high-level management meetings while tracking actionable follow-up items.
Stakeholder Relations:
Receive high-profile guests and communicate with government officials and institutional partners with strict professionalism.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Master''s or BA Degree in Business Management, Management, or a closely related field.
Experience
10+ years of progressive administrative or managerial experience, with a minimum of 4 years directly supporting C-suite executives or running an executive office.
Required Skills & Competencies
Exceptional command of spoken and written English, Amharic, and Oromiffa.
Expert-level organization, mastery of corporate communication tools, basic computer skills, a driving license, and capability in using various information technologies.
Absolute discretion with confidential information, elite problem-solving capabilities, emotional intelligence, and severe attention to detail.
