Job Summary
The Developer – Oracle Cloud ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)– Human Capital Management role is a senior technical leadership position within the Shared Services department. The role provides end-to-end ownership of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, translating enterprise workforce priorities into secure, scalable, and integrated technology across Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management. Furthermore, it acts as a trusted technical adviser to HR, Technology, Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, and implementation partners to deliver measurable business value, strong controls, and a streamlined employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HCM technical architecture and solution design in line with Oracle Cloud best practices.
Manage technical releases, deployments, testing, and production validation while mentoring developers on coding standards and quality.
Design, develop, customize, and implement Oracle Cloud ERP HCM solutions and integrations, interfaces, reports, extracts, workflows, and extensions.
Provide application support, troubleshooting, debugging, and timely resolution of technical issues alongside configuring HCM security roles and profiles.
Support data migrations, system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and release activities while facilitating knowledge transfer.
Lead technical engagement with system integrators, managed service providers, and Oracle specialists to ensure quality, delivery, and proper vendor performance.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or HCM technology, including at least 4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud delivery, integration, or senior application ownership.
Certifications:
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification in one or more relevant modules, and Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent integration/API certification.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
Practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture, Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management, along with advanced experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL, and PL/SQL.
