Job Summary
MCM CSH (Korean Hospital) is seeking dedicated and qualified Junior Nurse Professionals to join our healthcare team in Gerji, Addis Ababa. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care, assist senior medical staff, and support daily clinical operations to ensure safe and effective medical treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Monitoring:
Deliver essential nursing care, assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
Clinical Support:
Administer prescribed medications, assist physicians with clinical procedures, and maintain clean, safe treatment areas.
Patient & Family Engagement:
Educate patients and family members on care plans, maintain professional ethics, and foster a supportive healing environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. Degree in Nursing.
Professional Licensure:
Active Professional License is mandatory.
Work Experience
0 to 2 years of work experience in nursing.
Core Competencies:
Strong clinical care abilities, effective communication, empathy, team collaboration, and adherence to medical safety standards.
