Job Summary
The Senior Cost Accountant manages and oversees corporate cost accounting, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and profitability reporting. Operating closely with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Management teams, the role ensures accurate cost allocation, robust cost control, reliable inventory records, and precise system integration within Odoo ERP across manufacturing, trading, and logistics workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Costing & Inventory Management:
Oversee cost accounting functions, product costing, inventory valuation, and comprehensive cost analysis.
Odoo ERP Integration & Implementation:
Ensure the accurate integration of costing, inventory, purchasing, and financial transactions within Odoo ERP; support system configuration, testing, and process improvements from a financial perspective.
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:
Prepare detailed financial reports, manage general reconciliations, and ensure reliable financial data integrity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to monitor expenditures, optimize cost allocations, and support executive decision-making.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
2 to 5 years
of relevant professional experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or project coordination
(experience within manufacturing, trading, or logistics is preferred)

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in costing methods, inventory valuation, and cost-control frameworks.
Proven hands-on experience utilizing
Odoo ERP
(specifically Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, and Manufacturing modules).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
