Job Summary
The Shop Sales Officer is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
Explain product features, prices, availability, and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and sales negotiations professionally.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain proper product displays and monitor stock availability.
Support sales records, orders, and other shop-related activities.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education
Any educational background. Training or education in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field.
