Requirements
6–8 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in
construction, mining, import/export, logistics, or related industries
is highly preferred.
Strong experience in managing teams, projects, suppliers, and day-to-day business operations.
Excellent planning, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of procurement, logistics, budgeting, and operational controls.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong computer and reporting skills.
A Bachelor''s degree in
Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
is preferred.
