Job Summary

The Manager – IT Audit Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing IT audit activities to assess the effectiveness of information systems, IT controls, risk management processes, and compliance with organizational policies and applicable requirements. The position provides guidance to the IT audit team, identifies potential risks and control weaknesses, and supports management in strengthening IT governance and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT audit activities in accordance with approved audit plans and organizational policies.

Assess IT systems, applications, infrastructure, information security controls, and technology-related processes.

Identify IT risks, control weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and areas requiring corrective action.

Review the effectiveness of IT general controls, application controls, access controls, and data protection measures.

Supervise and provide technical guidance to IT audit staff.

Review audit working papers, findings, recommendations, and audit reports for accuracy and completeness.

Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.

Prepare periodic IT audit reports and communicate significant findings to management.

Support risk-based audit planning and contribute to the development of the IT audit strategy.

Ensure that IT audit activities comply with relevant professional standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with internal audit, IT, risk, compliance, and other relevant departments.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

MA, BA, MSc, or BSc in Accounting, Business Management, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

6 years of relevant experience for Master’s Degree holders.

8 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders.

Relevant experience in IT audit, internal audit, information systems, risk management, IT controls, or a related area is preferred.

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of IT audit principles, internal controls, and risk management.

Good understanding of information systems, cybersecurity, IT governance, and data security.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and supervise an IT audit team effectively.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.

Ability to manage multiple audit assignments and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant audit or analytical tools.
