Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in
Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
.
4-6 years of relevant HR experience
.
Male candidates only.
Experience in
ICT, Networking, Telecommunications, Construction, Engineering, or project-based companies
is preferred.
Strong knowledge of people operations, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS experience is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
