Job Summary
The Research & Business Intelligence Officer is responsible for conducting market, competitor, and technology research, identifying business opportunities, tenders, and partnerships, and translating data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and competitor research.
Research emerging technologies, business trends, and potential market opportunities across ERP, FinTech, Core Banking, SaaS, and digital transformation sectors.
Identify potential clients, strategic partnerships, and active tenders.
Monitor relevant regulatory updates and industry developments.
Prepare detailed research reports, executive presentations, and management briefs.
Analyze complex information and provide clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with exceptional research skills are also welcome to apply).
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong research, analytical, report-writing, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent internet research and information-verification capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with technology, FinTech, ERP systems, or digital business landscapes is a strong advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate workflows, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
