Job Summary
The role involves supervising company vehicles, monitoring fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs, while ensuring transportation safety standards and optimal routing. Key Responsibilities
Supervise the use, maintenance, and scheduling of company vehicles.
Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs, and ensure compliance with transportation safety standards.
Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing, and optimize routing.
Oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of company facilities, managing utilities, repairs, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and coordinate with vendors or contractors for facility-related projects.
Develop policies for fleet and facility efficiency, maintain accurate records, support budgeting, and guide the operations team.
Qualifications
Education
BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in fleet supervision and facility supervision roles.
