Responsible for safety leadership and environmental stewardship, hiring of operations supervisors and hourly employees. The role oversees Operations planning, staffing and logistics.
Recommend or execute personnel actions, such as hiring, evaluation, or promotion.
Maintain operations data, such as time records, production, cost records, and prepare reports for the management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in interviewing, selection of candidates and training of new hires on factory policies and procedures.
Delegate tasks to factory staff as necessary.
Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
Regular inspection and coordinating of employees (Shift Managers, Admin, & Loaders) to monitor their performances and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
General operational supervision within the premises (Clients premises).
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and operation sequences to meet production goal.
Motivating Shift Managers and factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Representing Total data limited (TDL) at meetings/seminars organized within the client’s premises.
Ensure new hires meet specific target performance level.
Preparation of monthly invoices for payment.
Enforcement of Client/TDL rules and regulations
Directing and coordinating the activities of employees in production line and Logistics.
Keeping records of employees'' attendance and hours worked.
Taking records of total numbers of trucks/trailer loaded per day.
Maintaining the security of all information entrusted to you and all members of staff
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations [the usage of P.P.E(s)] to prevent accidents and injuries.
Proper documentation of operational activities i.e. (ensuring reconciliation of activities between Client and TDL).
Participate in interviewing, selection of candidates and training of new hires on factory policies and procedures.
Other official tasks assigned
Note: In the event of supervisory negligence/poor monitoring that affects the company (TDL), you shall bear the cost.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Minimum Education: First Degree in business administration, industrial management, logistic or any related field.
Experience
Minimum experience – 5 years’ experience
