The Role
We are seeking a "full
stack" Head of Marketing, Sales, and Social Media to act as the central engine for our brand and commercial efforts. You will wear multiple hats, overseeing everything from initial branding and social media presence to the execution of aggressive B2B and B2C sales strategies. As an early
stage lead, you will be instrumental in turning our product vision into a market
leading reality.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Branding: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies. Establish EES Tech’s voice and presence in the market immediately.
Sales Leadership: Drive growth by aggressively pursuing B2B and B2C sales. You will build, train, and manage a team of junior sales professionals to meet acquisition targets.
Social Media & Engagement: Manage all social media channels, overseeing content creation, digital ads, and community engagement to drive brand awareness and student/parent interest.
Product Advocacy: Serve as a core product ambassador. You will develop deep product knowledge to confidently answer stakeholder questions, conduct demos, and refine our messaging.
Operational Execution: Work closely with the founders to align marketing activities with product development timelines, ensuring we are positioned to scale effectively once the product is live.
What You Bring
Proven Experience: A track record of "full
stack" marketing capability, ideally within an EdTech or fast
paced startup environment.
Sales Leadership: Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, manage junior staff, and drive B2B/B2C conversions.
Execution Focus: A hands
on mentality. You are as comfortable strategizing at a high level as you are managing day
to
day social media content and sales outreach.
Communication: Strong ability to communicate value propositions clearly to various stakeholders (schools, parents, students).
