About the Role
As a Medical Brand Activation Officer, you will be responsible for expanding Dokitami’s partner network across Lagos.
You will visit pharmacies, supermarkets, gyms, salons, shopping centres, and other high
footfall businesses within your assigned territory to introduce Dokitami and onboard them as partners.
This is
not a direct product sales role
. You will not be selling products to individual customers. Your responsibility is to build partnerships with businesses that can introduce and recommend Dokitami’s services to their customers.
This is a
full
time, field
based position
. It is not a remote or office
based role. You must be comfortable travelling around your assigned area and visiting businesses daily.
Your Responsibilities
Visit businesses within your assigned territory every working day.
Introduce Dokitami’s partnership programme to business owners and managers.
Secure and onboard new partner locations.
Build strong relationships with partner businesses.
Install Dokitami banners and other approved marketing materials.
Distribute flyers, product samples, and promotional materials.
Train partner staff on the basics of Dokitami’s services.
Maintain regular contact with existing partner locations.
Submit accurate daily activity reports.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly partnership targets.
Represent Dokitami professionally at all times.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence speaking with business owners and managers.
A friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
Strong self
motivation and the ability to work toward targets.
Comfort walking, commuting, and travelling around Lagos daily.
Ability to use a smartphone and basic digital reporting tools.
Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
Reliability, discipline, and good time management.
Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, field activation, or partnership acquisition is an advantage, but it is not required. Full training will be provided.
Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
Must currently reside in Lagos.
Must be available for full
time, field
based work.
Must be able to resume within seven days of accepting an offer.
Must be willing to work outdoors and travel within assigned areas in Lagos.
Must have access to a functional smartphone.
