A minimum of seven years of Marketing and Sales experience, with at least three years working in a capacity of Managerial Position
A bachelor?s degree and above in Marketing, Business Administration or Related fields of studies.
Workflow management experience in Print, Digital Media and Commercial Video Production organizations.
Excellent problem solving & decision skills.
Ability to lead and manage teams and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English.
Ability to give constructive feedback
Keen attention to details
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
