Job Summary

The Head of Marketing, Sales & Business Development is responsible for leading the company''s marketing, sales, and business development functions to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, property sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. The role will develop and execute commercial strategies, lead the team, identify new market opportunities, and ensure the achievement of the company''s sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company''s overall marketing, sales, and business development strategy.

Set and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Lead the sales team and ensure effective execution of sales activities.

Develop strategies for generating, nurturing, and converting qualified leads.

Drive the sale and leasing of the company''s properties and investment opportunities.

Identify new markets, customer segments, business opportunities, and revenue streams.

Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, corporate organisations, agents, and strategic partners.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships, referral networks, and business alliances.

Oversee marketing campaigns, advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, property exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns generate quality leads and support sales conversion.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, customer behavior, and industry developments.

Develop effective sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of prospects.

Participate in negotiations with major clients and support the team in closing high-value transactions.

Establish and monitor customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Prepare regular sales, marketing, business development, and revenue performance reports for management.

Manage the department''s budget and ensure effective utilization of marketing and sales resources.

Establish performance standards and KPIs for members of the department.

Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and sales performance.

Ensure the company''s brand, marketing communications, and customer engagement remain professional and consistent.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and property transactions.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor''s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years'' relevant experience

, with at least 3 years in leadership position.

Experience in

real estate, banking, financial services, insurance, or another sales-driven industry is an added advantage.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Strong experience in sales strategy, business development, lead generation, negotiation, and client acquisition.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic business partnerships.

Strong understanding of real estate sales and property investment is an advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and sales management tools.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to manage budgets and assess marketing and sales ROI.

Highly organized, proactive, results-driven, and target-oriented.

High level of integrity, professionalism, confidence, and discretion.
