YOUR MISSION
Greet arriving and departing guests and handle luggage within 3 minutes
Provide confident local recommendations, directions, and landmark knowledge
Keep the lobby and entrance spotless, orderly, and welcoming at all times
Support concierge tasks including reservations and light errands as needed
Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests quickly
