Job Summary
Wonchi IJA Eco Lodge in collaboration with the Ethiopian Skylight Hotel is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to oversee lodge operations, manage guest services, and ensure high standards of hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing daily activities at the Wonchi location to optimize guest satisfaction, uphold facility standards, and drive operational efficiency. Furthermore, the role requires leadership in coordinating staff schedules, maintaining property standards, and managing administrative tasks in line with the eco lodge''s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee daily lodge operations and guest service delivery at the Wonchi location.
Coordinate staff activities, maintain property standards, and manage administrative workflows to ensure smooth lodge performance.
Qualifications
Education
A minimum of BA Degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Five years of hotel management experience.
Language Proficiency:
Must speak fluent English; Oromifa language is preferred.
