Job Summary

Ethiopian Airlines Group is inviting qualified applicants for the School of Finance Trainees (SOF) position on a traineeship basis. The training program is designed to equip successful candidates with foundational finance and accounting skills tailored to the airline''s operations. Trainees will undergo structured coursework and preparation to support financial administration tasks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Complete all required coursework and modules within the School of Finance training program.

Learn accounting procedures, financial recording, and internal financial controls applicable to Ethiopian Airlines.

Qualifications

Education

College (10+3 or Level IV) Diploma in Accounting from a recognized University/College; OR Completion of 65-85 Credit Hours or 109-142 ECTS from a recognized College/University in Accounting or Accounting & Finance with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and a minimum grade of "C" in all Principle and Intermediate Accounting Courses (applicants with more than 85 credit hours/142 ECTS or BA degree graduates are considered overqualified and will not be accepted).

Age Limit:

20 to 27 years old inclusive.

Language Proficiency:

Knowledge of Ethiopian Airlines working language, English, is mandatory.

Interested applicants must bring/attach all original and copy of their supporting documents, including but not limited to 8th grade ministry card & birth certificate only from city administration, Grade 10 certificate/ Grade 12 certificate as applicable, 10+3 or Level IV/Diploma Certificate, Grade Report, latest educational credentials, & Kebele ID card (back and forth).
