  • term value of the Company''s intellectual property.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Green Indie’s publishing catalogue and maintain accurate ownership, writer split and metadata records.
  • Register musical works with collecting societies, publishers and digital rights organizations.
  • Draft, negotiate and administer songwriter, publishing, co
  • publishing, administration, synchronization and licensing agreements.
  • Ensure copyrights are protected and all works comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
  • Identify and negotiate synchronization opportunities for film, television, advertising, gaming, brands and digital media.
  • Monitor royalty statements, reconcile income, investigate discrepancies and prepare periodic royalty reports.
  • Liaise with COSON, MCSN, foreign collecting societies, sub
  • publishers, DSPs and licensing partners.
  • Advise artistes and songwriters on publishing rights, copyright ownership and royalty opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to increase publishing income through licensing, catalogue exploitation and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain publishing databases, prepare management reports and support audits.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend new publishing opportunities.
  • Represent Green Indie in industry meetings, conferences and stakeholder engagements.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Music Business, Entertainment Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum of three years'' experience in music publishing, copyright administration, licensing, entertainment law or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Competencies
  • Knowledge of copyright law, publishing administration, royalty collection, licensing, synchronization and digital music distribution. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, analytical, project management and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Behavioural Competencies
  • Excellent communication, integrity, confidentiality, commercial awareness, relationship management, attention to detail, initiative and ability to work under pressure.

  • Timely registration of 100% of eligible musical works.
  • Growth in publishing, licensing and synchronization revenue.
  • Accurate royalty reconciliation and reporting.
  • Zero material copyright or contractual compliance breaches.
  • Increased catalogue exploitation and strategic partnerships.
  • Timely execution of publishing agreements and stakeholder satisfaction.
