Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A. or HND) in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Must have a minimum of 8–10 years’ proven management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
Must demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision
making skills.
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Must have experience in managing daily business operations and supervising multiple departments.
Must have strong financial management and budgeting skills.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other business management software.
Must possess excellent problem
solving and analytical abilities.
Must be able to develop and implement business strategies that promote organizational growth and profitability.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills.
Must be capable of working under pressure and meeting organizational goals and deadlines.
Must have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Must be customer
focused and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
