Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to manage test planning and execution across multiple client projects. The successful candidate will conduct manual exploratory testing, develop structured test plans and bug reports, and contribute to building and maintaining automated regression test suites to ensure software quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute software testing activities across multiple client projects.
Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify defects, usability issues, and unexpected system behavior.
Develop and maintain structured test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
Identify, document, track, and report software defects using clear and structured bug reports.
Test web-based applications to verify functionality, usability, and reliability.
Test API-based systems to validate endpoints, responses, and expected behavior.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated regression test suites.
Collaborate with developers, project teams, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve reported issues.
Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates and fixes do not introduce new defects.
Communicate testing progress, identified issues, and quality concerns to relevant team members.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Two or more years of software quality assurance (QA) experience.
Experience writing test plans and structured bug reports.
Exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks.
Comfortable testing both web-based applications and API-based systems.
