Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any related field with 3 – 6 years’ relevant experience in loan sales, credit marketing, or a similar role within a Microfinance Bank or Financial Institution.
Proven track record in loan origination, client acquisition, and deposit mobilization.
Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and repayment structures.
Good knowledge of the local market and target customer segments (particularly salary earners and SMEs).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
