Job Summary
The IT professional will be responsible for supporting and maintaining computer systems, networks, software applications, and other IT infrastructure. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience in a similar position to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and other IT-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, operating systems, and software applications.
Support the maintenance and proper functioning of IT infrastructure, including computer networks and related equipment.
Monitor IT systems and identify technical issues that may affect business operations.
Assist in implementing IT security measures and protecting organizational systems and data.
Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and technical support reports.
Coordinate with relevant teams and service providers to resolve complex technical problems.
Provide guidance to employees on the effective use of IT systems and applications.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree holders:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Master’s degree holders:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
