Security Personnel will be responsible for protecting guests, employees, visitors, property and assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor entrances, exits and designated areas.
Control access to restricted areas.
Conduct routine patrols of the premises.
Monitor CCTV and other security systems where applicable.
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Maintain accurate security and incident logs.
Screen visitors, contractors and deliveries as required.
Identify and report suspicious behaviour or security risks.
Assist with emergency evacuation and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with management and relevant authorities when necessary.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with guests and visitors.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC.
Previous professional security experience is required.
Hospitality, corporate or residential security experience is an advantage.
Good observation and incident-reporting skills.
Physically fit and alert.
Good communication skills.
High level of integrity, discipline and reliability.
Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Salary: ₦100,000–₦150,000 monthly
