Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing safety and security operations at a franchised hotel to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. The role involves developing and implementing security policies in line with brand standards and local regulations, managing security personnel, conducting risk assessments, monitoring surveillance systems, and coordinating prompt responses to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with brand standards and local regulations.
Manage and supervise security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments across the property.
Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Monitor surveillance systems and patrol premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and security breaches.
Ensure guest and staff safety at all times while maintaining accurate incident reports and security logs.
Collaborate with hotel management to enhance safety protocols.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Management, social studies, or a related field.
Experience
Proven three years of experience in hotel security management or a related field. Relevant certifications (Security License, First Aid/CPR) are preferred.

Strong knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response procedures.
