We are seeking a dynamic,confident ambitious and target driven sales professional who knows how to find customers,build relationships and close deals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the agro/real estate sector
This role requires a self-motivated individual energetic marketing officers to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers within the poultry/agro sector across assigned territories
Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets,restaurants,hotels,retailers,caterers and other potentials.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers
Conduct customer visits and product presentations
Develop long term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
Gather market intelligence and information about competitors,pricing,customer preferences and emerging opportunities
Communicate customer requirements accurately to internal teams.
Work closely with teams to ensure sucessful delivery of customer requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor''s degree
3 to 5 years’ provenexperience in sales and business development within the agro business sector, specifically poultry/ real estate
Demonstrablerecord of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the poultry market, products, and customer base in Nigeria.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing sales of agro business sector/ real estate
Must be comfortable with field sales and frequent customer visits.
Ability to work independetly and manage an assigned territory.
