Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operations of a restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring operations, recruiting and managing staff, improving service quality, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and business growth. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can independently manage daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
Establish effective operational structures, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and service quality.
Recruit, supervise, train, and manage staff to build a professional and productive team.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, attract customers, and improve business performance.
Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and operational costs to support profitability.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer feedback and complaints.
Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and daily task allocation.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Identify operational challenges and take initiative to implement practical solutions.
Monitor business performance and prepare regular reports on sales, staffing, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage daily operations, and establish effective operational systems.
Demonstrated ability to increase revenue, improve sales, and support business growth.
Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage employees effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proactive, hands-on, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
