About the role
The Program Officers will design and coordinate development projects and research interventions. S/he is required develop workplans; write technical reports, success stories and case studies; organize and coordinate stakeholder events; coordinate field work; support data mobilization and management; and coordinate the implementation of workplan activities in a systematic and efficient manner.
Qualification:
The ideal candidates must possess Masters or PhD degrees in the Social Sciences, Education, Law, Development Studies or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in development programming, particularly in education, governance, gender, digital rights or economic empowerment.
