Requirements
B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Mining Engineering or related field
10–15 years of experience in: Hard Rock / Stone Quarry Operations, specifically: Basalt quarry, Hard stone quarry, Aggregates & blue metal quarry, Open-pit hard rock mining, Drilling & blasting, Crushing & screening, Excavation, loading & hauling, Mine planning & production management, HEMM / heavy equipment operations
Experience managing quarry production, equipment and manpower
Good knowledge of mine planning, safety and HSE
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
