Job Summary
Kaliti Food S.C. is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support plant production by maintaining, repairing, and improving factory machinery. The role involves daily machine inspections, prompt troubleshooting of mechanical breakdowns, assisting with equipment installations, and documenting maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with food safety standards and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections on plant machinery including pumps, conveyors, mixers, and packaging lines.
Quickly repair or replace broken or worn-out machine parts and test equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
Assist in the safe installation of new processing equipment and machinery.
Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
Write detailed reports on machine checks, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge & Skills:
Basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and motors, alongside proficiency in using tools and reading technical drawings.
