Job Summary
We are looking for caring, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic teachers to join our team. The teachers will work with young children in a safe, friendly, and supportive environment, helping them learn and grow through simple Montessori activities and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
Create a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that help children learn, explore, and develop new skills.
Help children become more independent, confident, and comfortable communicating with others.
Pay attention to each child’s progress and give them the support they need.
Communicate clearly and positively with children, colleagues, and parents.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.
Follow all child safeguarding, health, and safety procedures.
Work cooperatively with other teachers and staff to provide consistent care and learning experiences.
Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements
Experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery, preschool, Montessori, or early childhood education setting.
Interest in working with children aged 1–4 years.
Fluent spoken English is preferred, particularly for the lead teacher position.
Patience, warmth, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable, responsible, and attentive to children’s safety and wellbeing
