Job Summary
The Procurement Compliance / Audit Officer implements procurement compliance procedures, aligns financial reporting with regulatory requirements, and supports internal and external audits. Operating within the procurement and finance departments, the role ensures adherence to compliance standards, evaluates supplier agreements, resolves audit inquiries, and provides guidance to procurement staff.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Procedure Implementation:
Implement procurement compliance policies, review and update procurement documentation regularly, and conduct routine evaluations of procurement processes and supplier agreements.
Audit Preparation & Support:
Support the preparation of compliance reports for internal and external audits, collaborate with auditors to resolve document inquiries, and implement audit recommendations.
Financial & Compliance Alignment:
Work closely with the Procurement Compliance Coordinator, procurement teams, and finance departments to harmonize financial reporting and compliance objectives.
Guidance & Reporting:
Provide advisory support and guidance to procurement staff on compliance matters, prepare detailed audit reports, and present findings to management.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Civil Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience
(experience working within an international company is a strong added advantage)

Strong organizational, multitasking, and pressure-management capabilities.
Required Skill Tags:
Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, ERP, strong financial analysis, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure, and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
