Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Person to support the company's sales activities and revenue growth. The successful candidate will assist in identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting products and services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, referrals, and other outreach activities.
Reach out to prospective clients to introduce the company's products and services.
Assist senior sales staff in daily sales operations and customer follow-ups.
Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, prices, and offers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, orders, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and support the sales process.
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and business development objectives.
Collect customer feedback and share market information with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, sales activities, and potential business opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments to help ensure timely customer service and order processing.
Participate in sales meetings, promotional activities, and training sessions.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education
BA Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, or a related field of study.
Relevant Experience
