VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT WITH RADISSON BLU HOTEL
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just few kilometres from Bole International Airport are looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a HR and Training Officer.
About You
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and employee training, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian labour law
Experience coordinating training sessions, preparing annual training plans, maintaining training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.
