Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to Executive/Management, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, communications, and organizational activities.
The role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive''s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations
Screen and prioritize correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
Draft, review, and proofread official correspondence, reports, and documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information
Track action items and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, board meetings, and special projects
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
4 – 6years'' experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
