Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of strategic planning activities within Ethio-BioPharma Enterprise. The role involves coordinating strategic planning processes, tracking project progress, analyzing performance data, preparing monitoring and evaluation reports, and ensuring that organizational goals and healthcare manufacturing objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and update strategic and operational plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate the preparation of annual and quarterly work plans and budgets.
Monitor ongoing projects and activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed monitoring and evaluation reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
Facilitate regular review meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and corrective actions.
Provide technical guidance and support the implementation of monitoring tools, systems, and data integrity.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory frameworks, and sector standards.
Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Project Management, Public Health, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience for Bachelor''s holders or 8 years of experience for Master''s holders in strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation within a health, pharmaceutical, or development organization.
Required Skills & Competencies
In-depth understanding of strategic planning, project management, and M&E methodologies, with strong knowledge of Ethiopia’s health sector policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Proficiency in planning, budgeting, data management tools (MS Excel, MS Access, specialized M&E software), and reporting.
Required Skill Tags:
Proven experience in conducting similar policy reviews or legal assessments, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
Desired Skill Tags:
