Job Summary
The Driver (Ride-Hailing) provides safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation services to passengers using digital ride-hailing platforms. Operating assigned vehicles efficiently, the role ensures high standards of road safety, vehicle maintenance, and passenger satisfaction across local routes.

Key Responsibilities
Safely transport passengers using ride-hailing platforms.
Provide professional and respectful customer service.
Use GPS and ride-hailing applications effectively.
Ensure timely passenger pick-up and drop-off.
Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
Follow traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Report vehicle issues, incidents, or customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven ride-hailing experience.
Yango experience is highly preferred.
Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
Previous transportation experience is preferred.
Experience driving electric vehicles (EVs) is an advantage.
Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
