Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to ensure the timely delivery of medications, medical supplies, and other items to customers and designated locations.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent knowledge of road networks, strong time management skills, and a valid rider''s license with a good driving record.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver medications, medical supplies, and other items safely and promptly.
Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
Verify delivery information and obtain proof of delivery when required.
Ensure the assigned motorcycle is well-maintained and in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Report delivery issues, delays, accidents, or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and clients.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Valid rider''s license and a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physically fit and able to handle delivery-related tasks.
Must reside in or around Gbagada. No accommodation is provided.
